How do I place an order or obtain pricing information for volume licenses?

To place an order for volume licenses please fill in the form located here and we will be in touch with you soon.


Can I use a purchase orders to buy the software?

As a corporate client, you can generally order using a purchase order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers.

Please mail or fax us your official order on company letterhead. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly:

  1. The product name and the license type
  2. The requested quantity
  3. The name the product will be licensed to
  4. Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
  5. Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order
  6. The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different

If you include all of the required information, your order can be processed immediately by our customer service team.

Do you accept orders by phone?

For phone orders and order related questions, Contact Regnow in the US is 1-877-353-7297 (Toll Free Number). Internationally you can reach at 1-(952) 646-5331. Phone ordering is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.


When will I receive my package?

Our software is available for immediate download. Once you have purchased the product by filling in the online order form, a license will be sent to you via email to unlock the software for use.


Is your shopping system secure?

Ordering on the web is the fastest and easiest way to order Disk Doctors Software products. Your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor in a highly secure manner. We protect you by ensuring that nobody but you and the automated credit card processor will see your credit card information.


What forms of payment are accepted by Disk Doctors?

We accept US Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar and payment by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Euro card and Master Money).

Do you provide any guarantee of recovery results?

Owing to the nature and huge amount of factors revolving around lost data, we do not offer any guarantee for recovery results.

Demo version helps you to evaluate data that you will be able to recover, there is no difference between what you try and what you buy. The most important point you must consider :

  1. You should not install the demo version to the same partition / volume from where you need to recover lost data
  2. You should avoid any writing operation on the partition from where you need to recover lost data, you should not download or install the demo version on the same partition
  3. If the lost data is not visible using full version, then there must have been some writing or saving operation that has overwritten the lost data. Data once overwritten becomes permanently lost

Who is the vendor of the software?

Disk Doctor Labs Inc. develops and provides licenses for the software.


What is the difference between the demo version and the full version?

All of Disk Doctors products are available as demo versions for evaluations. Demo versions are technically similar to full versions but are with limitations in functionality. For Example: The demo version would display all the data which can be recovered, to recover you would need to purchase full version.
